As of July 1st, 2018, Loco Bloco and the Jamestown Community Center have formally merged. Both youth development organizations have long established track records of providing enriching, high quality programming to youth to promote their healthy transition into adulthood. Jamestown/Loco Bloco is hiring seamstresses for our 2020 Carnaval program. Our team of seamstresses will beguided by our Costume Lead who will provide the designs, prototypes and patterns for all costume looks. Thekey responsibility of the contractor/seamstress is to execute the construction of costumes for the participants of our Carnaval contingent.
